In many cases we know the celebrities too and their friends and families which makes it possible to recover deals and many times crash costs which other-wise managers do not do. We manage the entire onboarding process from shortlisting celebs to outreach, negotiations, managing entourage hair makeup spot security f&b & vanity, contracting (this takes 3 weeks at a minimum) and ensuring Happy Lion is the spoc between all legals including agency legal and trying to ensure brand is protected as much as possible. Ensuring contracts are balanced is often left only to legal departments and eventually we only realise that business commercial and business legal points become all important when you least expect it to. Getting Asci approvals done for the brand/ agency (if help is needed in getting scripts vetted). Of-course Asci membership agency/brand needs to take directly. Ensuring social media is in line with brand expectations and managing that entire social - copy - approval from celebrity - approval from client - posting on social on day/ time window approved by brand and celebrity.
